Chris Hunkele just did a kick-ass writeup of how to setup your Vista Media Center machine combined with your XBox 360 to create more or less a utopia of content-streaming fantasy.
Chris also goes into detail about setting up additional utilities to remove commercials from recorded content as well as interesting tips like managing your BlockBuster Queue from your XBox (wtf?!)
He also dives into streaming recorded content to just about any network enabled device, including your cell phone:
