And Im sure the system is clean. The file was locked by Explorer and no matter what was tried the file would not delete. The solution is Kill the explorer process in task manager. Leave task manager running click on New Task, type in CMD. CD to the desktop directory and manually delete the EXE file. Restart windows from the command prompt.
