VE3D has the scoop on UT3 actually bringing to the table 4-player co-op just like Halo 3 had. I love this new fad of co-op coming back in, it makes the gameplay awesome and extends the single player a hell of a lot longer without needing to turn you into a death-match whore.

Also, for the folks that say “So what, there is no REAL singler player in UT”, word on the street is that they actually took time to create a single-player game with story, character development and everything the other UTs never had in their single player (or Quake 3 for that matter).

Another interesting tid-bit is that the super-jazzed cutscenes (see screenshots above) that look all doctored up, can aparently be loaded up in the Unreal Editor and rendered real time… prooving that they aren’t ultra-doctored movies. They are used for story progression and rendered as movies to avoid having players with slower machines watching either a shitty looking scene or a slide-show.
