Humor & Fun

I think I just ran across the greatest CAPTCHA implementation ever.

Thoof.com (Digg-like site, for the developers in the crowd, implemented with Wicket) uses a kitten CAPTCHA to validate if you are a human or not, by asking you to click on all the kittens in the image:

I thought that was a really clever implementation of CAPTCHA that is a hell of a lot more fun (and cute) than typing in words like “no dick“… woops!

    lol, no dick…

really cool captcha, i hate most ones. Bad captchas can make a person never again use a certain website.

even leaving a simple comment can be a huge/frustraiting task on some sites.

Manny I totally agree… and in some cases it almost seems presumptuous when all you want to do is leave some simple comment, and the site has this crazy locked-down security… it’s just not worth it.
