A number of players have been complaining about bugs from the very beginning, but the uproar HAD died down. I think most players (including myself) were resigned to the flaws of the game and were going to play it in spite of the flaws and glitches.

Then EA/Pandemic announced the patch with the date of October 13th.

I think if they had just said “Coming Soon”, or even “Coming in October” they would have been fine (since most people would have been expecting October 31st and would have been happy with the 20th).

Instead, they failed to deliver on time and then blew off telling their customers anything.

As far as a link, I’ve just been watching the forums on the official site (www.mercs2.com) and on the Xbox official forum (http://forums.xbox.com/811/ShowForum.aspx). I know that negative threads are being deleted. The moderated has pretty much come out and said so, and implied that future negative threads will be deleted.

People are creating new user names JUST to post a flame and get banned.

It’s still not out yet? Bah… I hadn’t even checked yet but I was looking forward to playing this tonight.
