Carl Icahn Begins Proxy Bid for Yahoo
Carl Icahn (the 46th richest man in the world) has begun the process of proxy-bidding for Yahoo after the failed Microsoft takeover. It seems that Carl is gunning to get a new board of directors installed that will negotiate and see the Microsoft merger through. Thanks BGR

Jens Eckels sent in news this morning that Yahoo has officially turned down Microsoft’s offer to buy them over the weekend.
