Interesting… Laurence Hartje sends in news that Sprint has set up an exclusive hotline for The Consumerist readers that have a real legitimate problem with Sprint and have already tried going through the existing channels. Brad Agdern sends in information about Sprint “soft launching” it’s XOHM (WiMax) service in the Chicago, Washington and Baltimore markets.
