Carl Icahn Begins Proxy Bid for Yahoo

Carl Icahn (the 46th richest man in the world) has begun the process of proxy-bidding for Yahoo after the failed Microsoft takeover. It seems that Carl is gunning to get a new board of directors installed that will negotiate and see the Microsoft merger through. Thanks BGR
