I think it’s important to know about the good a company does as well as the bad. There are a few companies out there that I have enjoyed my time with and T-Mobile is one of them.
While I’ve never had a big enough problem to call in the help of their award-winning customer service, what little interactions I’ve had with their CS reps has always been quick, concise and I was done with the issue — no half-retarded person on the other end of the line telling me why I’m wrong or why I need to pay some fee.
Looks like most people agree, T-Mobile took the cake in the JD Power and Associates “Customer Service” category. So a big thumbs up to the only cell carrier I don’t hate and have been with for years… good job guys.
