Sprint Direct Customer Service Hotline

Interesting…

Laurence Hartje sends in news that Sprint has set up an exclusive hotline for The Consumerist readers that have a real legitimate problem with Sprint and have already tried going through the existing channels.

The hotline connects customers directly to a CS department that knows what they are doing and can help out… very nice. More specifically:

Use this number
1) For good
2) If you have a major problem with Sprint
3) After you have communicated with at least two different customer service reps and asked to be escalated to a supervisor at least once.

703-433-4401

I would encourage anyone that needed to use the number to follow the instructions. If Sprint gets swamped on the number, my guess is the nice gesture will be killed off as the line will get just as crowded as the main CS line and Sprint will have to kill it.

Thanks Sprint!

It’s not really an exclusive line, rather it goes to their “Executive Customer Support” service.
