Microsoft announced today that while Resident Evil 5 does not release until Friday, March 13th there will be a playable demo coming to Xbox Live on January 26th, 2008.  The demo will have 2 levels that can played through in co-op mode either by yourself with AI support, two-player split-screen on a single Xbox 360, or two-player across Xbox LIVE.  Until the 26th you can hold yourself over with some trailers up on the Xbox Live Marketplace if you just can’t wait.
