Mitsubishi WD-65831 Comparison Shots to WD-57732

A while ago my buddy got a WD-57732 and hasn’t had many good things to say about it when watching standard definition or playing his PS2. After getting my set and hooking it up, I’m amazed how good the SD looks, here are some comparison shots:

No idea what the differences in processing chips are between these two sets, but the difference is pretty noticable.

    Whoa!!! Lets use the same yardstick here. Show us the two sets side-by-side each displaying the same input source material.

    I agree. Maybe you both tune to the same channel and talk on the phone, take a photo at the same time. Hopefully straight on to the screen, with no flash and no camera movement, with the TV filling the photo frame. Might sound like I’m asking a lot but it’s the only way to get to the bottom of this. Thanks!
