The “Break it Down” Blog

I shouldn’t be so happy about this, but loving McDonald’s fries, along with 2/3rds of the world, it was nice to see that McD’s has finally decided to drop the trans-fat induced oil they were using to make fries.

I seriously think that just extended the American lifespan by 5 years collective across our entire population.

I can’t even imagine how much healthier this entire nation would be if McDonald’s, Burger King and maybe KFC/Taco Bell decided to all get together and engineer a cheap food (patty/chicken) that was actually injected with vitamins and nutrients devoid of the “natural” stuff they serve now… that is the result of grinding up every part of every animal and serving it.

I hope at some point in the future, these companies decide they want to help out and force America towards a healthier future… we could sure use the help.
