The “Break it Down” Blog

Heavenly Sword I’m surprisingly excited about. When I originally saw it and it just looked like a fighter, I didn’t care all that much. But the more story that it looks like it has make me think it’s going to be very God-of-War-ey… which is A-OK in my book.

It looks like a cross between God of War/Tomb Raider/DOA. The DAO portion might seem like an odd choice, but if you take a look at the game play there seem to be blocks and grabs that you can execute like in DAO to start a “Sequence”, like taking the enemy down with a leg-kick or the like.
