Comic-Con is getting a taste of sexy with Cliff Bleszinski doing demos for attendees of the “Sinkhole” level that was shown off during E3.

As it turns out Steve Jablonsky, the composer that did the score for a few Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies, Command and Conquer 3, Transformers 1 and upcoming Transformers 2 and the majority of the Desperate Housewives episodes, scored the Gears of War 2 sound track.

Oddly enough, I was playing back through Gears of War with a friend (in preparation for Gears of War 2) and he noted that Gears of War had an “excellent sound track”; which was something I never noticed before until I sat back and actually listened to it.

Now for the OCD folks in the bunch, the linked achievements that Cliff described were sort of bonuses that players will be given for achieving certain things in the first game. The following 3 examples were given:

• Complete Act One in Gears Of War, unlock a playable Anthony Carmine in Gears of War 2
• Find 10 COG tags in Gears Of War, unlock Minh Young Kim in Gears of War 2
• Kill Raam in Gears Of War, unlock a playable Raam in Gears of War 2

I hope I get something for my “Got all COG tags” and “Killed Raam every possible way” achievements… well I’m paraphrasing a bit.
