I guess Mass Effect might come to the PS3 after all (in a year or so I guess at the least).

GameSpot reports that EA has coughed up $775 million to buy up Bioware/Pandemic, placing the developer of some of the best RPGs and digital worlds out there, squarly within the bounds of both Microsoft/Sony (and Nintendo) camps as EA doesn’t play favorites to anyone at the time.

Also, EA, the king of sequels, will be sure to have Bioware cough up KOTOR 3, 4 and 5 will working on Mass Effect 2, 3, 4, a prequel, then 5, 6, 7 :)
