Then bloodflow becomes a problem... soon after that, even the smallest injury can become a massive infection or site of rot as there is no blood flowing threw keeping the skin healthy... it's takes years and years and years and is terrible. The worst is when I see diabetics that are still 100s of lbs overweight, eating fast food, getting maggot treatment or heavy antibiotics... and they don't excercise or eat any better... it's like watching someone just kill themself for no reason.
