PGR4 == Project Gotham Racing 4

“Blu-ray Saves PGR4” == Size-restrictions on DVD-based media for the 360 caused the PGR team to rip out Day/Night cycles for the 360 version, but the PS3 version will continue to have the Day/Night cycles due to the superior size of Blu-ray media.

Seeing as how we aren’t even in 2008 yet, I can’t imagine this trend is going to stop by 2008 or 2009 when the 360’s DVD medium becomes a stone wall that developers run up against.

I’m sure Microsoft will release a 360 revised with the new processor and integrated HD-DVD drive, but developers can’t really focus exclusively for that, as it leaves the 7 million 360 owners that bought EARLIER revisions out in the cold.
