The “Break it Down” Blog

That’s a pretty kick-ass looking mod. I wasn’t able to find a link for any home page, so it looks like it might be a Japanese-only mod at this point. Sure looks like a lot of effort was put in it.

I’m always curious how, without any SDK or API, folks have modded GTA 3 so heavily over time. It’s pretty damn impressive.
