No one is arguing that it’s not an interesting idea… but I don’t think adding physical distance between the 100s of text items you have to deal with every day is a great idea and improves your productivity.

Spam sharks? Fat guys and hot chicks? Does this remind anyone else of “OMG, this is Unix, I KNOW THIS!” from Jurassic Park when the girl has to h4x t3h tr0n to lock out the dinosaurs?

I’m all for cheesy main-stream technology-isms (Penny Arcade) but to actually adopt that in my real life on my desktop? That would make me feel like such a tool…
